Secret Garden is a challenge dungeon in PMDO accessible from Cliff Camp. It is also playable in Roguelocke.

The dungeon is the longest in the base game, resetting the player to level 5 and re-rolling their moves. Clearing the dungeon is considered to be around the same difficulty as clearing Guildmaster Trail.

It is unlocked by interacting with a hidden object in the Forest Camp. In the Release Candidate, the player is informed of this object's precise location from Sunkern after retrieving medicine from Sickly Hollow to heal them. However, completion of this quest is not a prerequisite to interacting with the object.
