Victory Star is an ability in PMDO.
Effects
The user, and all allies within 3 tiles of the user, have the attack range of their moves increased by 1.
While Victory Star can increase the distance a move travels, it can not increase the splash damage range of moves after they hit.
Some move ranges, such as "Foe in Front", are unable to be altered and will not be increased by Victory Star.
