Tinted Lens is an ability in PMDO.
Effects
Tinted Lens increases the power of the user's "not very effective attacks" by 1.5x. This effectively makes 2x ineffective attacks deal neutral damage, and 4x ineffective attacks deal damage equivalent to that of a 2x ineffective type matchup.
