Description	Powers up the Pokémon's moves with 40 or less power by 1.5x.

Technician is an ability in PMDO.

Effects

Any attack used by the Pokémon with a power of 40 or less will have its power multiplied by 1.5x. The Pokémon's regular attack will also be boosted, due to having a power of 30.

Attacks that vary in power under certain conditions will only be affected based off of their power as it appears in the movelist. For instance, Rollout will always receive a 1.5x boost even if used at its maximum distance, due to its power being listed as 15. Similarly, Fury Cutter will always receive a boost even though its power increases with each consecutive use and will quickly surpass 40.
