Storm Drain is an ability in PMDO.
Effects
Storm Drain draws in and absorbs all enemy Water-Type moves that hit allies or the user within a 3-tile area. No damage is taken, and the user's Special Attack stat is then increased by 1 stage.
If an enemy within 3 tiles of the Pokémon uses an Water-type attack that then hits a target 4 or more tiles away from the Storm Drain user, the attack will not be absorbed.
