Download is an ability in PMDO.
Effects
After being damaged by an attack, the Download user compares the attacker's Defense and Special Defense stats. If the attacker's Defense is lower, the user's Attack is raised and their Special Attack lowered by 1 stage each. If the attacker's Special Defense is lower, the user's Attack is lowered and their Special Attack raised by 1 stage each.
In the case of a tie, Defense is treated as the lower stat.
