Bulletproof is an ability in PMDO.
Effects
If a Pokémon with Bulletproof is targeted by an attack that normally causes splash damage, they will take no damage from the attack and the splash damage will not activate.
The Pokémon also takes no damage from the splash damage of attacks that hit a different target.
