Snow Cloak is an ability in PMDO.
Effects
While it is hailing, the user will automatically avoid moves used on it from a distance of more than 1 tile away.
In the case of enemies, both attacks and status moves will be avoided. In the case of allies, attacks will be avoided, but beneficial status moves such as Life Dew or Howl will work as normal.
The Pokémon will take no damage from hail regardless of its current typing.
