Dry Skin is an ability in PMDO.
Effects
While it is Raining, the Dry Skin user recovers HP 1.5x faster. In Sunny weather, the user loses 8% HP every 5 turns, similar to the effect of weathers like Sandstorm or Hail.
Upon being hit by a Water-type move, the user recovers 1/4 HP. Conversely, Fire-type attacks receive a 1.5x multiplier when damaging the user.
