Forecast is an ability in PMDO.
Effects
While the weather is Rain, Sunny, or Hail, Castform changes forms and becomes a Water, Fire, or Ice-type respectively. Once the weather ends, Castform returns to being a Normal-type.
If Castform faints and is revived by a Reviver Seed, it will return to its normal form even if a weather effect is currently active.
Forecast can only be used by Castform; if the ability is moved to another Pokémon using a move such as Skill Swap, that Pokémon will gain none of the ability's effects.
