Item Zone Steps

The Item Zone Steps are a family of zone steps. Their typical priority is 1.1.

Usage

These steps are used to create the spawn table to be used across the segment for spawning items. Each does so with a slightly different method.

Item Spawn Zone Step

This step places each item in a different category, defined using a key. Each key corresponds to a different spawn table. These spawn tables also have their own overall spawn rates.

Spawns

The different spawn tables, generally sorted by item category. These may have their own weight, which will change how much those spawn tables will spawn when spawning an item overall.

Summary Preview

Inputting a floor number in the "floor" field, one can preview the overall spawn rates for items depending on the floor by pressing "Get Summary".

Item Sectioned Zone Step

This step has one single combined spawn table, with no separation between categories. It is more simple, but treats every item equally. Typically the other method is preferred.
