Chest

A chest is a unique effect tile that spawns in certain dungeons in PMDO. It requires a key to open.
Once a chest has been opened, it leaves behind an opened, empty chest.

Upon being opened, a chest spawns the contents of a house into the room it occupies. The house which is defined to spawn is determined by the parameters of the chest spawn itself.
Rare or special items tend to be found inside, such as Heart Scales and evolution items. However, certain chests may spawn a Monster House, the chance being on a per-dungeon basis.
