Effects
Aqua Ring will grant the Aqua Ring status to the user and any allies in range for 10 turns. While a Pokémon has this status, it will recover 1/8 of its max HP at the end of each turn.
If the target is immune to Water-type moves (for example, by having the ability Water Absorb), the status will not be applied.
