When eaten, the Apple restores 50 Belly. If the consumer's belly is full, it will also add 3 to their belly's max.

Apples can be considered the most common food item in the base game, making it very easy to have a reliable pile of food in your bag. Using an apple can ensure that you won't get hungry for a good chunk of floors, so having a reasonable amount on you can get you through a large dungeon.

In certain dungeons, some apples may be a fake item, transforming into a Pokémon when attempting to pick them up.
