Slow Start is an ability in PMDO.
Effects
At the start of every floor, the Pokémon's Movement Speed will be lowered by 1 stage for the first 20 turns.
Changing or removing the ability will not restore the user's speed. Giving the ability to another Pokémon through the use of a move such as Skill Swap will not lower the new Pokémon's speed, as the ability only activates upon first spawning in.
