Skill Link is an ability in PMDO.
Effects
All multi-strike moves used by the Pokémon bypass accuracy checks and are guaranteed to hit.
Multi-strike moves will also hit Pokémon in semi-invulnerable states, such as Pokémon currently using Dig or Fly.
