| Description | Raises one stat and lowers another. |
Effects
When the Pokémon uses a physical attack, the user's Attack stat increases by 1 stage while Special Attack decreases by 1 stage, and vice versa for special attacks.
When the Pokémon is damaged by a physical attack, the user's Defense is increased by 1 stage and Special Defense lowered by 1 stage, and vice versa for being damaged by special attacks.
