Intimidate is an ability in PMDO.
Effects
All enemies within a 1-tile area around the Intimidate user have their Attack stat temporarily reduced by 1/3.
Dashing attacks, such as Tackle, are affected based off of the attacker's starting position. Ergo, if Tackle is used on the Intimidate user from 2 tiles away, it will deal full damage as the attacker was not in Intimidate's range at the start of the move.
