Competitive is an ability in PMDO.
Effects
If any of the Pokémon's stats are decreased, their Special Attack stat will be increased by 2 stages.
If a stat is decreased by multiple stages at once, such as with Charm lowering Attack by 2 stages, the boost to Special Attack will still only be +2.
If multiple stats are decreased at once, the Pokémon will receive separate boosts to Special Attack for each stat. For instance, if Tickle were to be used, Attack and Defense would be dropped by 1 stage each, while Special Attack would be raised by 4 stages.
