Belly

Belly is a stat in PMDO that drains inside of a dungeon when a turn passes. It is a resource that must be managed and accounted for in longer dungeons. In most cases, only the active leader of the party will lose belly.

Restoring Belly

Multiple items can restore belly, primarily food.
