Arena Trap is an ability in PMDO.
Effects
Upon attacking a Pokémon with Arena trap, the attacker is given the Immobilized status, preventing them from moving for 4 turns.
Pokémon immune to Ground-type attacks are unaffected by Arena Trap, such as Flying-type Pokémon, Pokémon under the effect of Magnet Rise, or Pokémon with the Levitate ability.
Strategy
Using Arena Trap
- After being attacked by a Pokémon, you can easily move away while they're immobilized without being followed.
Fighting Arena Trap
- In most cases, it is impossible to attack a Pokémon with Arena Trap without being immobilized; make sure you do not attack them while in a perilous position.
- In a pinch, a Lum Berry can cure the Immobilization status.
