Effects
The user ignores any changes to the opposing Pokémon's stats when attacking or defending. The user's own stat changes are still applied.
For instance, if the user attacks a Pokémon whose Defense stat has been increased or decreased by 6 stages, in both cases damage will be dealt as if it were still at stage 0.
