Sheer Force is an ability in PMDO.
Effects
The secondary effects of all of the user's attacks are removed, but in exchange the power of attacks that usually have secondary effects is increased by 1/3.
If the user's basic attack is given a secondary effect via a treasure item, that effect will still activate as normal.
