Aftermath is an ability in PMDO.
Effects
Aftermath makes the user explode upon fainting, causing all Pokémon in a 1-tile area to take damage equal to 25% of their max HP. Any walls, traps, or items in the area will also be destroyed.
Strategy
Using Aftermath
- As Aftermath requires the user to faint, it offers little to no purposeful applications for the player's Pokémon.
- If your Aftermath user is in danger of fainting, keep any team members at least 2 tiles away.
- If you're guaranteed to faint but have a reviver seed, try to bring nearby enemies down to 25% or less HP to take them down with you.
Fighting Aftermath
- Keep your distance if possible, and use a ranged attack or thrown item to finish them off.
