Ban Seeds can be used to permanently remove powerful, threatening enemy moves by throwing them at an enemy after they use the move to be banned. Common targets are typically spread moves, such as [[Earthquake]], [[Powder Snow]], or [[Silver Wind]]. Any move that is an above average threat to the player is a good canidate to ban from the dungeon.
