* Enemies with weather moves are likely to waste turns trying to repeatedly re-establish them, making them much easier to defeat.
* Cloud Nine activates after the move is used and damage is dealt. If a move like [[Thunder]] is used under the effects of [[Rain]], it will still have perfect accuracy before the weather ends.
