There is no fixed Pokedex for PMDO: New Pokemon get added where available.  Audino in Cliff Camp will track your progress and give you rewards up to a certain point, but will not currently recognize a full dex.  You can check obtained Pokemon by their National Dex number in Records from the top menu.
